New charges in Hells Angels shooting, assault in Augusta County

(video (link is external)) --- AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) — There are new charges for two members of the Hells Angels biker gang in connection to a shooting at the Augusta County Hometown Inn back in September.

Dominick J. Eadicicco and Anthony Vincent Milan were each charged with attempted murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. The two are also each facing a charge of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Seven members have been charged in connection to the incident, (link is external) but not all were charged with attempted murder. Five members were charged in connection to the shooting and assault, and two members were charged in connection to drugs found at the hotel.
"We did separate it out by what we believe each individual's action is," said Tim Martin, Augusta County Commonwealth's Attorney. "So we believe that for these two, there was probable cause to support this indictment, so that's why we sought it for these two guys."

Martin says these charges came later than the previous charges because of the time it took to review the evidence.
