TWO Rebels bikies ran down a member of the Comancheros after bashing him at a family restaurant in one of three public attacks in recent weeks, a court has heard.
Clayton Foelmli, 24, and Dale Moore, 33, are behind bars on a string of assault charges after raids on several Melbourne homes by Victoria Police’s anti-bikie taskforce this morning.
Detective Senior Constable Emma Hayes told Dandenong Magistrates’ Court this afternoon the men were arrested over three separate attacks in the past month.
“The pair have a total disregard for others in the community and have an untouchable mentality,” Sen-Constable Hayes said.
Magistrate Julie Ann O’Donnell heard Mr Foelmli and Mr Moore set upon a patron at the Sandown Park Hotel in Noble Park at 6.30pm on October 1, telling him “no one f---s with our club.”
The victim didn’t report the incident to police but it was captured on CCTV, the court heard.
