A GOLD Coast Hells Angels bikie carrying knives, a meat cleaver, a knuckle duster and dangerous drugs was charged overnight.

During the search of a black BMW stopped last night officers found three knives including one a with Hells Angels insignia, a spiked knuckle duster and a meat cleaver.

Police also said they found a dangerous schedule two drug.
The 41-year-old was charged at the Southport Magistrates Court with one count each of possess knife in a public place, possess category M weapon and possess dangerous drug.
In a separate incident a 29-year-old Ipswich man was arrested on drug and weapons charges in Ipswich.
The man is a manager at a Rocklea-based transport firm.
His arrest follows an investigation into allegations of methylamphetamine supply and use by employees of the company.
Officers from Taskforce Maxima searched a South Ripley home, a Rocklea office and a private motor vehicle.
Methylamphetamine, a number of mobile telephones and drug-related items were seized.
A handheld electronic stun gun and a replica hand gun were also seized.
