Warren man charged with deadly biker gang shooting

WARREN, Ohio -
A Warren man faces charges filed in connection with a shooting involving local biker gangs that left two people dead and three others wounded at a Warren Township bar.
The Trumbull County Grand jury on Tuesday indicted 48-year-old James Gardner on one count of aggravated murder and two counts of felonious assault.
The charges stem from the June shooting incident at Shorty's Place on Highland Avenue.
Officials say the shooting broke out between two local biker clubs, FTW and Brother's Regime.
Robert Marto, 54 and Jason Moore, 41, both members of the Brothers Regime, were killed.
Forty-five-year-old David Bailes, Jr. of Leavittsburg as well as two members of the Brother's Regime, Andrew Claypool and Walter Hughes were wounded in the shooting.
Bailes, a member of FTW, was charged with murder following the shootings. However, those charges have been dismissed according to Warren Municipal Court records.
Investigators are not commenting on why the case against Bailes was dismissed.
