Bandidos members arrested after guns found during traffic stop

EL PASO, Texas — Five Bandidos Motorcycle Club members were arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon Thursday night.

Police say Zachary Carrizal, 35, Terry Claunch, 55, Charles Newbold, 35, Scot Stevens, 37, and Kaden Hall, 24, were stopped after they failed to turn on their signal lights on the 4500 block of Montana and then again on Gateway North and Pershing Drive.

All but Hall were traveling in Harley Davidson motorcycles and are from Ruidoso, New Mexico. Hall was in a truck and is from Alto, New Mexico, police said.

During the stop, officers found the men were carrying firearms and placed them under arrest on the following charges:

Zachary Carrizal: Carrying a 357 Magnum was charged with unlawful carrying. Bond set at $7,500.
Terry Claunch: Carrying a Para 45 cal. and a 357 Magnum was charged with two counts of unlawful carrying. Bond set at $15,000.
Scott Stevens: Carrying a Rugar 45 charged with unlawful carrying. Bond set at $7,500.
Kaden Hall: Carrying a Bersa .380 and Springfield 9 mm was charged with two counts of unlawful carrying. Bond set at $15,000.
Charles Newbold: Carrying a Taurus 40 was charged with unlawful carrying. Bond set at $75,000.
