19 handed indictments



FAIRMONT — A 37-year-old man who was charged in connection with a fight between two motorcycle clubs that occurred on Aug. 3 at the BFS Foods convenience store in White Hall has been indicted by a Marion County Grand Jury.

James Cody Biggie, 37, of 5702 Field Street, Farmington, was indicted Tuesday by a Marion County Grand Jury for carrying a concealed firearm by an unlawful user of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of controlled substances, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, said Jeffrey Freeman, Marion County prosecuting attorney.

The original complaint said Biggie and Bruce Evan Davis, 53, of 135 Pine Ln., Fairmont, along with Jason “Jay Bird” Harris, 49, of Fairmont, and a fourth man, carried out what police called “a pre-planned physical confrontation with several male individuals in the parking lot of the BFS Foods in White Hall.” The incident has been described as a fight between the Hells Angels and Pagan motorcycle clubs.
In the original criminal complaints, Biggie, Davis and Harris had been charged with attempted murder. There was no information provided Tuesday on whether Biggie or the other men would be indicted for attempted murder.

At 1:50 p.m. on Aug. 3., a Monongalia Emergency Centralized Communication Agency 911 report stated there was “a fight/stabbing in Fairmont between Hell’s Angels club and Pagan’s Motorcycle Club, and that one of the Hells Angels members was being transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital.” Police have not released the name of the fourth suspect in the case.


Previously, Freeman said the victim, whose fate was once described as “questionable,” was expected to make a full recovery.

The grand jury also indicted Jalisa Freeman, 29, of 14 Mirkwood St., Farmington, on first-degree sexual assault; sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian person in position of trust to a child; use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct; distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct; sexual servitude; and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Freeman was accused of sexual assault against a two-month old April 27, 2018 in Marion County, according to a criminal complaint.

According to the complaint, Freeman created two separate video recordings of the incident and shared the recordings with at least with one other person through social media.

Jon Michael Stevenski, 51, of 514 Pinchgut Road, Fairmont, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance violations.

Zachary Burton Taylor, 26, of 806 Southern Ave. Lot F, Stonewood, W.Va., forgery of a public record.

Kevin Darryl Arnnold, 32, 815 Virginia Ave., Fairmont, third offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or drugs; third offense driving while license revoked controlled substances or drugs, and driving while license revoked (miscellaneous).

Christeanna Faith Gower, 29, of 154 Pricketts Creek Road, Fairmont, forgery of a public record.

Ralph Edward Culp III, 41, of 403 Catawba Road, Fairmont, grand larceny and counterfeiting.
Megan Lynn Skeen, 28, of P.O. Box 233, Carolina,, child neglect creating risk of injury and forgery of a public record.

Robert Allen Bowman, 31, of 62 Mt. Harmony Rd., Fairmont, sexual abuse in the first degree, three counts of use of minors in filming sexual explicit conduct, distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Rusty Allen Baker, 31, of 772 Buffalo Brink Rd., Mannington, grand larceny, burglary and brandishing a deadly weapon.

Fred Rundle, 30, of 2676 Bunner Ridge Rd., Fairmont, third offense driving while license suspended or revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances or drugs.

Delbert Lee Summers Jr., 46, of 147 Caperton St., Baxter, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana), and conspiracy to commit a felony. A second indictment was for: possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana); and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Tyler Jaleel Wilson 21, 908 Emerson St., Fairmont, daytime burglary, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana), an child neglect creating risk of injury.

Danielle Diane Williams, 32, of 49 Parker Run Rd., Rivesville, financial exploitation of an elderly person, and protected person or incapacitated adult.

Stephen Anthony Beckner Jr., 51, of 67 Pantherlick Run Rd., Rivesville, financial exploitation of an elderly person, and protected person or incapacitated adult.

Scott D. Holt, 45, of 75 Coons Hollow Road, Fairmont, conspiracy to commit a felony controlled substance violation(s) and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Samuel Iaquinta Jr., 46, of 905 Emerson St., Fairmont, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (cocaine)

Jason C. Swann, 40, of 900 Emerson St., Fairmont, carrying a concealed firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Alvin Deshawn Howard, 25, of 116 Church St., Highland Park, Mich., possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (cocaine); possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (clonazepam); and conspiracy to commit a felony.
