Wiretaps reveal start of a new outlaw biker chapter — Exclusive

EXCLUSIVE to The Mob Reporter — police wiretap recordings reveal the founding of a 1% biker club. The Black Pistons Motorcycle Club is a support club for the Outlaws, a large, international biker club that are rivals to the Hells Angels. A chapter of the Black Pistons was started in St. Catharines, Canada, a city close to Niagara Falls and the U.S. border, nicknamed St. Kitts. Niagara Regional Police launched an investigation in response.

Police wiretaps captured phone calls between the new club’s president and its sponsor, a veteran, full-patch member of the Outlaws. The never-before-released wiretaps reveal how new clubs are formed and how members are vetted. And they offer a peek at Outlaws culture and its strengths and weakness in Canada. By the time of the raids and arrests in 2016, the Pistons chapter was just about to become a full chapter of the Outlaws M.C, called the St. Kitts chapter. Police seized embroidered patches ready to go in the investigation, codenamed Project Resurgence.

This video features one of the many phone calls, This one recorded on July 20, 2013. It is exclusive to The Mob Reporter so don’t steal it! Please.
