Two people have been arrested in a major state and federal police operation in southern Tasmania targeting the Bandidos motorcycle gang.
Officers raided a home, business and several fishing boats at the small coastal town of Dover on Wednesday morning.
A man and woman, both aged 44, are expected to be charged with fraud and drug offences, and will be accused of participating in a criminal organisation.
The arrests come after a protracted six-month investigation, Tasmania Police Acting Commander Doug Oosterloo said.
Police haven't ruled out further charges or arrests from the investigation.
"The message to outlaw motorcycle gangs who think Tasmania might be a safe haven ... we will work hard to disrupt your activities," Acting Commander Oosterloo told reporters.
Several items were seized during the searches.
More than 60 officers from Tasmania Police, the Australian Federal Police and Australian Border Force were involved in the operation.
