Frank "Dunie" Ryan & Allan "The Weasel" Ross, played a huge part in creating one of the most notorious Canadian gangs of all time, into what it is today, the "West End Gang". They are located in Montreal, Quebec and are mostly made up of people from Irish descent. They have also had connections with Colombian cartels, the Rizzuto Crime Family and also the Hells Angels.
