How a National Guard Captain got involved in Organized Crime

Vassyly Kotosky Villarroel Ramirez, a former Venezuelan military official, was labeled a cocaine kingpin in August 2013. His participation in international d*** trafficking in both Colombia and Venezuela led to his classification. While still a Captain in Venezuela's National Guard, he coordinated for the shipment of Snow and the revenues from its sale.
