Dubai is a place where millions of people go each year. The beautiful climate, the hot sandy beaches & the amazing parties have people from all over the world coming. This includes gangsters from all around the world. At one time they felt safe but in the last few years they have slowly been weeded out. The Mocro Mafia, Ridouan Taghi, Daniel Kinahan, Raffaele Imperiale and Robert Dawes have all stayed in the UAE whilst fleeing Law Enforcement.
