Gang Warfare in Sweden

Sweden described as the gun violence capital of Europe, has one of the highest rates of gun deaths in Europe due to a jump in settling scores from criminal gangs. Sweden's rise in this ranking has sparked an important debate in recent years in the country. Drug-related organized crime is generally concentrated in the largest cities: Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. It is in the latter, strategically located near the Danish border, that a war between 2 rival bands shook public opinion.

The first led by Amir Mekky who exported himself with his criminal group to Spain where links with Ridouan Taghi, godfather of the Mocro Mafia, were created. On the other side Daniel Petrovski, a notorious drug trafficker who has created a temporary alliance in his city to fight the young Amir. In any case, Sweden is facing the war of gangs fighting for the drug market.
