In the 2000s, the FBI led an investigation into Michigan’s premier outlaw motorcycle club, the Highwaymen, with chaotic results on all sides of the law. As it turned out, history repeated itself in a major way as the lawmen opted to make deals with confessed killers in the hopes of taking down the Highwaymen MC once and for all.
