Tijuana is in the middle of a new drug war. After years of relative peace, the border city has resumed it's ranking as one of the most violent places on earth, as different cartels throughout Mexico compete for the gateway to the United States. But who is behind this new rise in violence? And what has changed since the days of El Chapo and the Mexican mega-cartels? Johnny takes us inside to study the economic and migratory factors that make Tijuana such a prize city for Mexican criminal organizations, including the fact that Tijuana itself has now become a lucrative drug market for cartels, much of it driven by the demand from Americans moving into the city.
